3. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that customers provide at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service call fee. Same-day and emergency service appointments are subject to technician availability.

4. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor performed by American Standard Garage Doors is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Parts and materials are subject to manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.

5. Customer Responsibilities
